The Environmental Quality Commission may, by rule, designate classes of facilities designed to treat or dispose of hazardous waste or PCB that shall be subject to the provisions of ORS § 466.025 to 466.065, 466.250, 466.255 (2) and (3) and 466.260 to 466.320. [1985 c.670 § 8]
