(1) Generators of hazardous waste who are required to obtain a United States Environmental Protection Agency identification number from the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 262.12 shall pay to the department a one-time processing fee of $200 at the time of submitting an application for the identification number.
