Oregon Statutes 545.401 – Deposit of moneys in special fund; uses
All moneys realized from any assessments levied under ORS § 545.399 shall be deposited by the treasurer of the district into a special fund, which shall be used solely for the purpose of carrying out and complying with the terms of the contract and the payment of installments of principal and interest falling due upon any bonds issued pursuant to the contract. - Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- District: means an irrigation district organized or operating under this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 545.002
