The Oregon Youth Employment Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Youth Employment Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for the purposes of ORS § 660.353. [2011 c.702 § 5; 2015 c.366 § 68]
