Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-5604
- Authority: means the riverfront authority created by this act. See Kansas Statutes 12-5602
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
- seal: includes an impression of the seal upon the paper alone, as well as upon wax or a wafer affixed to the paper. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The authority may sue and be sued in its corporate name but execution shall not in any case issue against any property of the authority. The authority may adopt a common seal and change the same at pleasure.
