Authority: means the riverfront authority created by this act. See Kansas Statutes 12-5702
County: means Bourbon county. See Kansas Statutes 12-5702
Riverfront: means all real estate, equipment, rights and property useful for the purpose of recreation, along the banks of the Marmaton river that runs through the city of Fort Scott and Bourbon county. See Kansas Statutes 12-5702

This act shall be known and may be cited as the Fort Scott/Bourbon county riverfront authority act.
