The title to all abandoned property, both real, personal and mixed, belonging to or held in trust for or by any religious organization known as the Church of Christ (not using instrumental music), that has or shall become extinct shall vest in and become the property of the nearest active Church of Christ (not using instrumental music) (geographically) located within the state of Kansas at the time: Provided, That this act shall not affect the reversionary interest of any person or persons, or corporation, now existing in any such property or any valid lien now existing thereon.
