- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
All provisions of this act may be altered from time to time or repealed and all rights of members and managers are subject to this reservation. Unless expressly stated to the contrary in this act, all amendments of this act shall apply to limited liability companies and members and managers whether or not existing as such at the time of the enactment of any such amendment.
