That the county of Hamilton shall be bounded as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of range thirty-nine west with the fourth standard parallel; thence south along said range line, to its intersection with the north line of township twenty-seven south; thence west along township line to the west boundary line of the state of Kansas; thence north along west boundary line of the state of Kansas, to where it is intersected by the fourth standard parallel; thence east, to place of beginning.
