- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Revenue bonds issued under this act shall have all of the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments, and may bear interest at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate for revenue bonds prescribed in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 10-1009, and such bonds shall not be registered with the state treasurer of the state of Kansas.
