Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 31-406
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
It is unlawful and a violation of this act to fail to release information or evidence pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 31-403(a) or to fail to give notice and to provide material developed from an inquiry into a fire loss as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 31-403(b). Any such violation shall constitute a class C misdemeanor.
