Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-205d
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- person: means any individual, aggregation of individuals, trust, association, partnership or corporation, or any affiliate thereof. See Kansas Statutes 40-222f
Any person aggrieved by the commission’s decision shall have the right to appeal the decision in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas judicial review act.
