- person: means any individual, aggregation of individuals, trust, association, partnership or corporation, or any affiliate thereof. See Kansas Statutes 40-222f
From and after July 1, 2011, any provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-2,190, and amendments thereto, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of such section which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end, the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-2,190, and amendments thereto, are severable.
