The state military board shall meet as the adjutant general deems necessary, for the transaction of military business. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Members of the state military board attending meetings of such board, or attending a subcommittee meeting thereof authorized by such board, shall be paid compensation, subsistence allowances, mileage and other expenses as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-3223 and amendments thereto.
