- Consumer: means an individual, husband and wife, sole proprietor, or family partnership who seeks or acquires property or services for personal, family, household, business or agricultural purposes. See Kansas Statutes 50-624
(a) Failure to provide the disclosures required by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 50-667 and amendments thereto is a deceptive act or practice under the Kansas consumer protection act.
(b) This act shall be a part of and shall be supplemental to the Kansas consumer protection act.
