(a) The attorney general of the state of Kansas may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 58-1304 and 58-1308, and amendments thereto.
(b) The state board of education may adopt any rules and regulations to implement the provisions of paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 58-1304, and amendments thereto.
(c) The secretary of administration may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 58-1301 et seq. and amendments thereto.
