Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 58-4225

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

The corporation may adopt rules and regulations as necessary for the implementation of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 58-4217 through 58-4224, and amendments thereto.
