- Conservator: means an individual or corporation appointed by the court to act on behalf of a conservatee and possessed of some or all of the powers and duties set out in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
If any provision of this act for obtaining a guardian or a conservator, or both, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect with the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
