The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision of Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
