Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-1513
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor for the first offense, and for the second and each subsequent offense shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. It is the duty of the respective county and district attorneys to prosecute all violators of this act.
