Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 66-154e
- Commission: means the state corporation commission. See Kansas Statutes 66-101a
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Any proceeding in court relating to the matters embraced in this act shall be brought not more than one year after the issuance of a certificate by the corporation commission.
