Except as otherwise provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 74-4914a to 74-4914d, inclusive, and amendments thereto, the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 74-4901 to 74-4929, and any acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, shall apply to all security officers.
