- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 74-5050 and 74-8101 through 74-8115 and amendments thereto shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas technology enterprise corporation act.
