On or before December 1, 1972, the authority shall make a report to the governor transmitting the long-range plan of development prescribed by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-2240a, together with a report outlining the work of the authority during such year. A similar report shall be made prior to every regular session of the legislature and interim reports may be made at any time. Upon receiving any such report the governor shall consider the same and submit it, together with his or her comments and recommendations, to the legislative coordinating council and the legislature.
