Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-3342

  • blind person: means a person whose central visual acuity does not exceed 20 over 200, in the better eye with correcting lens or whose visual acuity if better than 20 over 200, is accompanied by a limit to the field of vision in the better eye to such a degree that its widest diameter subtends an angle of no greater than 20 degrees. See Kansas Statutes 75-3338

Notwithstanding other provisions of this act, any blind person suffering legal wrong because of any agency action, or adversely affected or aggrieved by such action within the meaning of this act or other relevant statutes, shall be entitled to and shall have standing for judicial review thereof in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
