- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The provisions of this act shall not affect the admissibility in evidence of the original medical records of any patient maintained for the patient’s care but not solely for teaching purposes.
