After the order providing for the transfer and vesting of the cemetery property in the township has become final, the township board shall thereafter care for and maintain the cemetery formerly the property of the cemetery association in the same manner as though such township cemetery were organized pursuant to the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 80-901 et seq.
