Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 80-1538
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
As used in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 80-1539: The term “township board” means the township trustee, township clerk and township treasurer of any township located in a county having a population of not less than seventy-five thousand (75,000) nor more than one hundred fifty-five thousand (155,000) acting as a board.
