As used in this chapter—
(1) “Fund” means the Postal Service Fund established by section 2003 of this chapter;

(3) “obligations”, when referring to debt instruments issued by the Postal Service, means notes, bonds, debentures, mortgages, and any other evidence of indebtedness.
Terms Used In 39 USC 2001
- Competitive Products Fund: means the Postal Service Competitive Products Fund established by section 2011. See 39 USC 2001
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Fund: means the Postal Service Fund established by section 2003 of this chapter. See 39 USC 2001
- Postal Service: means the United States Postal Service established by section 201 of this title. See 39 USC 102
