Upon the Commission’s ordering a public hearing of a referral or a public report, as provided in Fl. Admin. Code R. 34-17.010, the Executive Director shall so notify the referring agency and the respondent in writing. The referring agency also shall be provided with a copy of the report of investigation and of the Advocate’s written recommendation.
