(1) The juice of the fruit extracted by approved extraction equipment shall be used in making juice content, acid, solids, and ratio maturity tests in accordance with procedures established by the Division of Fruit and Vegetables.

    (2) If the processor so elects, he may witness the drawing of samples and testing of this fruit. However, only authorized inspectors shall handle the solutions or equipment used for determining the maturity of citrus fruits. Any effort to assist the inspector, to handle the fruit from which the test is to be made, to interrupt, to hinder, or to attempt to influence his judgment, shall be construed as interference with the inspector in the performance of his official duties as coming within the purview of Florida Statutes § 601.33
