In addition to any other notice given, all direct notices mailed to handlers shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested.
(1) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Florida Statutes § 601.152, for a variety or varieties of citrus fruit in fresh form, shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 20-91.001, who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid packing house registration certificate.
(2) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Florida Statutes § 601.152, or a type or types of processed citrus product shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 20-91.001, who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid processing plant registration certificate.
