Liquefied petroleum gas containers shall be considered approved when designed, fabricated, tested, and marked (or stamped) in accordance with the requirements of Section 5.2, NFPA 58. Liquefied petroleum gas containers offered for sale must meet the requirements of the code under which they were fabricated, the requirements of NFPA 58, Florida Statutes Chapter 527, and this rule chapter when being sold for continued use with liquefied petroleum gas.
