As used in Florida Statutes § 565.045, items customarily sold in a restaurant shall only include the following:
(1) Food; or
(2) Beverages; or
(3) Souvenirs; or
(4) Gift cards or gift certificates.

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 61A-3.055
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.

(4) Gift cards or gift certificates.
