A prescription drug repackager permit is required for any person, located in Florida, that is a repackager of a prescription drug and that distributes such prescription drug in or within Florida. A person engaging in activity for which a prescription drug repackager permit is required, must file an application on form number DBPR-DDC-203, Application for Permit as a Prescription Drug Repackager, effective February 2017, adopted and incorporated herein by reference and comply with all the requirements for permitting in Florida Statutes Chapter 499, and Rule Title 61N, F.A.C.
