Each school board may authorize fees in support of the schools and programs that are established pursuant to Florida Statutes § 1000.04(1) Such fees shall be set in amounts which will recover the cost of providing such programs after deducting any state and federal funding provided for the programs. All fees established by the school board pursuant to this rule and to the fee authority granted by Florida Statutes § 1000.01, shall be paid to the district school board and included with program expenditures in the board’s budgetary accounts.
