(1) Unvented fuel-fired room heaters shall not be used in residential child care facilities.
(3) No stove or combustion heater shall be so located as to block escape in case of malfunctioning of the stove or heater.

(2) Other heating equipment shall be of an approved type and shall be installed in accordance with the terms of its approval and with the manufacturer’s instructions, and meet the requirements of NFPA 101, 2000 edition, Section 9-2, as adopted in rule
