(1) Self-service gasoline stations shall comply with the fire safety requirements of the National Fire Protection Association standards as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, except as modified by Florida Statutes § 526.141
(3) Buildings or structures which are constructed to complement other operations associated with self-service gasoline stations shall comply with the applicable requirements of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012
(4) All self-service gasoline stations shall be operated in accordance with Florida Statutes § 526.141

(2) Additional applicable fire protection standards specifically referenced in Chapter 6, NFPA 30, the edition as adopted in
Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, Chapter 9, NFPA 30A, the edition as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, and Chapter 28-2, NFPA 1, the edition as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, which are applicable to self-service gasoline stations and the edition of such standards listed in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, shall apply.
(3) Buildings or structures which are constructed to complement other operations associated with self-service gasoline stations shall comply with the applicable requirements of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012
(4) All self-service gasoline stations shall be operated in accordance with Florida Statutes § 526.141
