The Division of State Fire Marshal in consultation with the Department of Education hereby adopts firesafety rules for use by board fire officials and local fire officials when conducting plans reviews for new construction and firesafety inspections of new construction and existing buildings located in educational facilities, educational plants, ancillary plants, and auxiliary facilities to ensure the safety of occupants.
