An inactive license shall be reactivated upon demonstration that the licensee has paid the reactivation fee, and the processing fee, set forth in Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B6-4.009, and must submit proof of successful completion of ten (10) hours per year of approved continuing education for each year of inactive status.
