(1) Each licensed nurse who serves as a volunteer expert witness in providing written expert witness opinions citing references of current, prevailing practice and relevant standards of practice for cases being reviewed pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 464, shall receive 2.5 hours of continuing education credit per case for performing a literature survey of at least two articles in conjunction with the review of cases for the Agency, probable cause panel, or Board.
(2) Each former board member who serves on a probable cause panel at least twice in a biennium shall receive 8 hours of continuing education credit.
