If a Preceptor’s license becomes inactive or reverts to a delinquent status, prior to reinstatement as a Preceptor, the Preceptor must complete the six-hour preceptor training seminar set forth in Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B10-16.0025, and pay all fees required by Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B10-12.012
