Any hearing threshold assessment or audiometric threshold testing other than hearing screenings, electroacoustic immitance testing, otoacoustic emission testing, or evoked potential testing, whether diagnostic or for the purpose of fitting and selling hearing aids shall be conducted in a certified testing room as provided in Rules 64B20-8.001 and 64B20-8.002, F.A.C., unless the client provides a waiver of this requirement as provided in subsection 64B20-8.002(5), F.A.C.
