(1) A repository must destroy all donated prescription drugs or supplies that are recalled, expired, or unsuitable for dispensing.
(3) A repository must develop and implement a protocol for notifying patients about recalled drugs or supplies which may have been dispensed. The repository will provide a copy of any such protocol to the department upon request.

(2) A repository must complete a DH9004-EPCS-07/2021, “”Destruction of Drugs Form””, which is incorporated by reference and available at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-13983, for all donated drugs or supplies that were destroyed.
