The Office shall determine what constitutes a “”good faith effort”” for purposes of contractor compliance with contractual requirements relating to the use of services or commodities of a Minority Business Enterprise under Florida Statutes § 287.094(2) The Office shall consider, but not be limited to the consideration of those factors set forth in Florida Statutes § 287.09451
