The Department of Management Services exempts the Department of Education from the requirement to file Exemption Requests, as described in chapter 60FF-1, F.A.C., for the purpose of acquiring, leasing, and utilizing broadcast communications equipment, facilities, and services that are used to carry out the responsibilities of the Department of Education under Florida Statutes § 1001.26
