The Commission shall provide the opportunity to victims to have input into the Commission decisions:
(2) Victims who wish to be notified of the actions taken by the Commission, will be notified of such action at a reasonable time after the meeting.

(1) A victim, relative of a minor who is a victim, a homicide victim representative or advocate (hereinafter referred to as victims) shall be permitted to submit a prepared text, letters, notes or other written information to be available at Commission meetings. They shall be included in the inmate file and shall be stamped confidential and excluded from file review under the public records law.
(2) Victims who wish to be notified of the actions taken by the Commission, will be notified of such action at a reasonable time after the meeting.
