The DRI review fee for each DRI application, Florida Quality Development application, substantial deviation application, substantial deviation determination, supplemental plans and reviews identified in a development order requiring regional review or approval and review of each annual report are governed by the provisions of Fl. Admin. Code R. 9J-2.0252 (DRI Review Fee Rule).
