(1) The fee imposed by Florida Statutes § 159.811(1), shall accompany every Notice, including a Supplementary Notice.
    (2) Once the fee imposed by Florida Statutes § 159.811(1), has been deposited in the Revenue Bond Fee Revolving Trust Fund, it shall be nonrefundable.
