Violations of this chapter may result in the revocation or suspension of the authorization in whole or in part in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 373, including Sections 373.119 and 373.243, Florida Statutes Chapter 120 and Rules 40E-1.609 and 28-106.2015, F.A.C.
